EULA - End User License Agreement

By install this software and using, customer is accepted to that is
restrained to the clause of this contract document.

(1) Copyright
Isoplotec Corporation (below say the copyright holder ) has all
rights including the copyright of the software execution file,
program, and documentation. It is forbidden to convert this
software without the copyright holder's permission.

(2) License
The customer installs 1 copy of this software only in 1 computer and
can use.

(3) Transferring, lending of the license
User is forbidden to transfer and lend the software to a third party.

(4) Guarantee of quality
The copyright holder establishes the gratuitous use periods in the
customer evaluates the function and quality of this software for,
30 days. The copyright holder does the effort that receives the
information to the obstacle of this software from the customer, and
modify, but does not have the modification duty.

(5) Upgrade
The customer must acquire the license of this software of the upgrade
version by the copyright holder, to use this software of the upgrade.
The upgrade version says case that the left column moves up from the
1st decimal point place of the version number of this software.

(6) Exemption from Obligation
Even in any case, the copyright person shall not take the
responsibility at all regarding any other damage (including without
limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages
for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)that happen
from as a result that this software is used, or as a result that it
was not able to use this software. Even if the copyright person has
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Even in any case,
the responsibility of the copyright person makes the amount that the
customer paid out actually to the software the upper limit.

(7) Cancellation
In the case that the customer broke the clause or condition of this
contract document the copyright holder can cancel this contract
without injuring other rights. In this case, the customer must
nullify all the reproduction things of this software.
